Laboratory of Cancer Genomics

Japanese

Introduction:

Our laboratory aims to find characteristic genome copy aberrations, epigenetic abnormalities as well as gene expression profiles in cancer by using microarray (DNA chip) -based whole genome analyses and to utilize them to identify cancer-related genes and develop tumor risk classification system. We currently focus our effort on brain tumor and lung cancer as well as pediatric cancers such as neuroblastoma and hepatoblastoma.
