Laboratory of Cancer Metastasis

Japanese

Introduction:

We aim to find the molecular targets for inhibition of cancer metastasis and to develop the methods for prediction of prognosis of cancer patients. We identify the important genes which are related to malignancy and metastasis of tumor cells including neuroblastoma by using tumor cells with different metastatic potential. We also analyze the factors in tumor microenvironment which affect tumor cell behavior.

Key Words: Metastasis, Molecular targets, Tumor microenvironment, Prognostic prediction and therapy, Neuroblastoma
