Introduction:

We are currently working on gene- and cell-mediated cancer therapy with replication-competent adenoviruses and enhanced antigen presentation, both of which coordinately generate systemic immunity against putative tumor antigens. These projects are at this moment in a preclinical stage but hopefully will be forwarded to an investigator IND (Investigational New Drug) level.
