Introduction:

We are currently working on gene- and cell-mediated cancer therapy, which includes replication-competent adenoviruses and cytokines that enhance antigen presentation. These coordinately generate systemic immunity against putative tumor antigens. The projects are at this moment in a preclinical stage but hopefully will be forwarded to an investigator IND (Investigational New Drug) level.
